Developed a visual identity for a new jean brand aiming to draw attention to the possibilities of repurposing.
6 billion jeans are created each year while 30% of those jeans are never worn. Because of this millions of tons of textile waste end up in landfills each year. My thoughts were how could I challenge this nonsensical amount of waste? Create a company that combats the overproduction of denim through upcycling.

Jeanie is a sustainable brand that reclaims your old denim. With the help of in-house designers, you can trade in your old jeans for a new style of your choice, or pick from already-made original styles. Jeanie will upcycle old jeans into accessories, outerwear, or anything imaginable.
